Meet the Team

PBS/Carey Associates has been providing comprehensive tax preparation services, accounting, bookkeeping and payroll to small and medium sized businesses as well as various non-profit organizations, along with individual income tax preparation throughout the Central Pennsylvania area for more than 25 years. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of excellence in all that we do and strive on establishing a relationship of trust with each client. Our goal has always been to provide excellent, personalized service at reasonable rates. PBS/Carey Associates is a member of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce, Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce, Lemoyne Business Association and New Cumberland Olde Town Association.
Brent Burger

Brent Burger

Brent Burger, the newest partner to PBS/Carey Associates, is a graduate of Juniata College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance. Brent has a wide range of experience in various areas including auditing, payroll, accounting services, taxes and business consulting. Prior to becoming a partner at PBS/Carey Associates, Brent was a health-care CEO for various local specialty hospitals. He is an active member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and regularly participates in small group bible studies, Treasurer for a local non-profit swim club and enjoys reading about history, golfing, volunteering at the Central PA Food Bank and spending time with his family.
Len Cobosco

Len Cobosco

Len Cobosco began with PBS/Carey Associates in 2013 and his primary focus has been assisting and completing individual client’s income tax preparations. Len is currently providing assistance to the Broad Street Market in Harrisburg by overseeing and managing the payroll and bookkeeping responsibilities of the market. Len possesses a degree in Engineering Management and business experience as a Financial Officer of a small business and training as a tax preparer. His background allows him to critically examine situations and information, develop solutions and implement effective actions to satisfy our client's needs. Len's ability to multitask allows him to easily move from tax preparation, to bookkeeping, to investigating tax concerns that may arise. Len enjoys photography, racing, target shooting, music and spending time with family and friends.
